DescriptionIn celebration of Susquehanna University's 150th year, the Lore Degenstein Gallery held an exhibition called "Susquehanna University: a 150-Year Retrospective." The University's history was told through photographic images and artifacts. An opening lecture was given by Professor Emeritus of History, Donald D. Housley entitled "Images and Artifacts of the College Culture." A reception followed. The image shown is Selinsgrove Hall in 1863. At that time, the university was known as the Lutheran Missionary Institute.
