DescriptionThe Scott House Hotel occupied the Watson-Davis block for only a few years, closing in 1873, the year of this picture. Warren Street Railway horse car tracks are in the foreground on Second Avenue. This building, to which the Warren Savings Bank was attached to the west, burned with he bank building in 1889. The block is now (2004) the site of Northwest Savings Bank to the east and National City Bank to the west.
