Title	Rafts at Warren Eddy (1890)
Description	A view circa 1890 to the south side fairgrounds (site of Warren General Hospital). In the distance are the Philadelphia & Erie Railroad covered bridge and the Struthers-Wells buildings. Several square-timber rafts are moored in the eddy below Pennsylvania Avenue just west of Hickory Street. The water stage is very low.
