Description	A view west on Pennsylvania Avenue (then Water Street) in 1873 just east of Hickory Street. A horse-drawn streetcar turns east into Second Avenue, heading for the terminus at Second Avenue and East Street. Note the unpaved streets with wooden plank crosswalks.
