DescriptionOld stone building on Fourth Avenue opposite the location of the Warren County courthouse built in 1834 by Robert Falconer for Lumberman's Bank and a tavern. Later Diamond House, Tanner House, and Mansion House, Woman's Club, Philomel Club, residence of Hon. Allison D. Wade. Since 1964 the building has been an apartment house. Photo circa 1912.
