DescriptionThe southeast corner of Pennsylvania Avenue ( then 440 Water Street) and Liberty Street, in 1899 the site of the bridge across the millrace at Liberty (across the race is part of the Piso building). Shops in the two wooden buildings are left, Kirberger's wagon shop, and Spinner hardware.
