| Contributors | Standard Photo Service Company

| Description | Exhibit of the Pennsylvania Roadside Council, Inc.in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Highways. The sign above the exhibit – "Scenery or Signery?" sends message to the public that highway billboards are unsightly eyesores. The billboards – "60 Miles to Mom's Hotel" and one for Joe's Diner certainly reinforce this message. The Pennsylvania Roadside Council, now known as the Pennsylvania Resources Council, is the oldest citizen action environmental in Pennsylvania. Stamped on verso: Standard Photo Service Col, 2031 Chestnut St., Phila. 3 PA. Penciled on verso: 9926. |
