Grave Marker of Philip Tome, Pioneer (Died April 30, 1855) Tombs & sepulchral monuments Marker at grave of Philip Tome, Corydon, Pennsylvania. Stone found and restored by John Reid and Maude Tome Reid. The marker is now (2004) in the possession of the Warren County Historical Society. 2. Tanner-Scofield House (circa 1885) Dwellings The Tanner-Scofield house, east side of Liberty Street between Second and Third Avenues (in 2004 the site of the former Montgomery Ward building). Built in 1833, it was razed in 1928. Photo 1895 (?) 3. The Hoffman Block Buildings The Hoffman block when nearly new, ca 1885, at the northeast corner of Liberty Street and Second Avenue. Numerous businesses occupied this building until it was razed in 1929.
