As part of the Allegheny Chronicles project grant, the library requested the input of an outside consultant to make recommendations in planning the project. For his valuable advice and guidance throughout the development of the Allegheny Chronicles, we are very grateful to Chase Putnam, former Executive Director of the Warren County Historical Society. In addition, we are grateful to the staff of the Warren County Historical Society for their generosity and cooperative spirit in providing supporting materials for use in creating this digital archive and to Jonathan McAfoos, a student at Warren Area High School, for providing countless hours of community service to create the database of photograph captions.
